The real estate selling-season is upon us, and the question you should be asking yourself is: when and how do I want to sell my home?
Admittedly the market is never stagnant and not always so predicable as we saw in 2017 after the Provincial government introduced the Foreign Buyers Tax and an immediate slow of the market.
However, with all things considered, the spring market is always the best time to sell and the sooner you're prepared, like The Expediter sellers, the smoother the process, the less stressful the process and often the better the result.
